In-app feedback widget

The in-app feedback widget that replaces five tools

Diktura is an in-app feedback widget for SaaS teams who got tired of running a separate tool for feedback, another for support, another for roadmap, another for changelog, and yet another for bug capture. One script tag, nine modules, one customer record.

Modules

Nine modules in one in-app feedback widget

Every module ships today. Turn them on per workspace, per script tag, or both — the launcher renders only what you enabled.

Feedback

Feature requests and ideas land in the workspace inbox with voter context attached.

feedback

Support

Tickets, threads, and replies on the same customer record as their feedback and bug reports.

support

Roadmap

Public roadmap with voting, status, and closed-loop notifications when items ship.

roadmap

Help (KB)

Searchable knowledge-base articles deflect repeat support questions without leaving the page.

kb

AI Chat

Streaming Claude grounded in the workspace KB. Sessions persist and link to the customer record.

Changelog

Versioned changelog entries published inside the product where users can actually see them.

changelog

Subscribe

Email subscription surface so customers can opt in to changelog updates without an extra tool.

Poll

Lightweight in-product polls for quick directional reads against your real user base.

Report a bug

Bug report with console capture

When a user files a bug, Diktura captures the URL, viewport, user agent, and the last 20 console errors and unhandled rejections — without adding anything to your host page's bundle. The widget is loaded async from /widget.js; it does not ship a React or analytics runtime into your app.

Reports land in the same workspace feedback inbox as everything else, with the captured context attached to the customer record.

AI chat grounded in your KB

The chat module streams Claude responses grounded in the workspace knowledge-base articles you publish. Sessions persist across page loads, link to the customer's identity record, and escalate to a human support thread when the answer isn't in the KB.

One model, one prompt, one place the customer asked — no separate AI tool to wire up, no separate identity to reconcile.

Install

One script tag, modules you choose

Drop the script onto any page in your app. Set data-modules to a comma-separated list of the modules you want enabled — Diktura renders the launcher with tabs only for those. Add or remove modules anytime without redeploying.

The widget script is small and async. It does not block page render, does not require a framework, and does not ship a tracking pixel separate from the feedback events you opted into.

Consolidation

Five tools, one widget — the customer interaction platform shape

The reason an in-app feedback widget gets bought is rarely just feedback. It's feedback plus the three other tools the same team already pays for that show the same customer differently in each. Diktura is the customer interaction platform that replaces the stack, not the cheapest box in it.

Point tool you're paying forReplaced by widget modules
Canny / UserJot / FeaturebaseFeedback + roadmap + changelog
Intercom / Help Scout (lite)Support inbox + AI chat
Helpjuice / Document360Knowledge base
Gleap / Marker.ioBug capture
Beamer / HeadwayIn-product changelog + subscribe

Same customer, same identity record, same inbox — across every interaction your team has with the people using your product. That's the customer interaction platform pitch in one sentence.
